This service is for the physically disabled and elderly disabled that are physically unable to come into a salon for regular salon services. Hair must already be shampooed. I have been in business for 16 years, and offer salon services at any location in Broward county. The Salon has been around since 1968 All cosmetologists have a State License and a criminal background check from the Federal Government.
